Data Analyst

Postion:

An opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to work on a number of key clients.  Initially, this will involve sorting and manipulation of data, but will develop very quickly.  Working with the effectiveness team, the role will provide considerable scope to develop further beyond standard data analysis.

Experience:

A core part of the role would involve working with staff at all levels, therefore, we require a person who is not only comfortable with data, but also has good interpersonal skills and happy to work with non-specialists.  The candidate would be expected to possess some or all of the following:

• Educated to degree level.  Likely to come from a discipline that promotes working with large amounts of data - although any background or discipline will be considerered.
• Must have an aptitude and the confidence to work with large amounts of data.
• Competency in Excel - familiarity with Macros and VBA would be an advantage.
• Be willing to develop new ways of processing and manipulating data.
• Be keen to move into data management.
